With 840’ of elevation gain, this challenging hike will depart from Las Posas Park to the top of "P" Mountain. We will return along the Santa Fe Hills Trail, to the Las Posas Trail and back to Las Posas Park for a total of 5.1 miles. Although this hike is only slightly over 5 miles long, it is rated strenuous and not recommended for amateur hikers.  We strongly recommend trekking poles and shoes or boots with proper traction and support.
