The City of San Marcos is participating in the Carlsbad Watershed Management Area (WMA) Water Quality Improvement Plan (WQIP) development and planning process required under the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board Municipal Stormwater Permit (Order R9 2013-0001).
The Carlsbad Watershed Management Area – consisting of portions of the cities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Escondido, Oceanside, San Marcos, Solana Beach and Vista, along with the County of San Diego – will be hosting a briefing for the members of the Water Quality Improvement Plan (WQIP) Consultation Panel.
The briefing will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 from 11:30 am to 2 pm at the Encinitas Community Center (Banquet Hall B) located at 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024.
