Credit.org’s HUD-approved class will provide prospective homebuyers with the information, resources and tools needed in Spanish to purchase their first home.  All graduates will receive a certificate which may grant access to services and products specifically for First-time Homebuyers in San Diego County, including the City of San Marcos Downpayment Assistance Program.  In addition, Credit.org offers pre-purchase counseling – an opportunity to work individually with Credit.org staff to ensure that First-time Homebuyers purchase the right home for their family.
