The City of San Marcos has awarded the construction contract for the Rock Springs Road and Richland Road Improvement Project (CIP 311). Heffler Company Incorporated has been contracted to do the work. Construction will begin in late October 2009.

Residents and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this meeting. Attendees will be introduced to the City's and the contractor's construction management staff who will discuss overall traffic control, resident driveway access, coordination of work on or near private property and other project related items.
