The traffic signal at the intersection of S. Twin Oaks Valley Road and Carmel Street will be set to flashing red (all-way STOP) mode on Monday, July 27, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The City of San Marcos has a planned power outage scheduled in order to upgrade the existing traffic signal meter pedestal. Some traffic delays are anticipated; and an alternate route is recommended during this time period. Thank you for your consideration and patience during construction.
