San Marcos street closures are expected along portions of S. Bent Avenue, Via Vera Cruz and Discovery Street in the coming days due to forecasted heavy rains.

If needed, streets will be closed in the following order:

1. Bent Avenue between San Marcos Blvd. and Craven Road/Discovery Street intersection.
Status: OPEN

2. Via Vera Cruz between Discovery Street and San Marcos Blvd.
Status: OPEN

3. Discovery Street between Via Vera Cruz and S. Bent
Status: OPEN

4. Discovery Street between San Marcos Blvd. and La Sombra Drive
Status: OPEN

All closures will be clearly marked and alternate routes will be provided. Motorists should use caution when driving through these areas and allow extra travel time to accommodate slowing due to wet road conditions.
