Northbound motorists on Twin Oaks Valley Road are advised to turn left at Richmar Drive to access the south Post Office parking lot in San Marcos while construction is being done on Twin Oaks Valley Road. Left turns into the north (drop-off) parking lot will still be accommodated but is recommended only for disabled or elderly drivers and for exterior mailbox drop-offs.
