Danielle and her family have been a resident of San Marcos since 2016, after their move from New York City. During college, Danielle earned two separate internships with the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor in Illinois. After graduating magna cum laude from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a minor in theater/dance, Danielle attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and received her Juris Doctor in 2005. Following law school, Danielle had a successful career as a defense litigation attorney in Chicago and New York City. 

Danielle continues to focus on her family and taking an active role in her community through volunteering efforts and investing in the local business community. Danielle currently serves as the co-chair of the PTO at her children’s school to ensure she has an active voice in education for all students. Danielle also serves on the Annual Auction Committee for the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos to support their future development. During her free time, Danielle teaches dance to developmentally disabled children at the TERI Campus of Life schools to promote inclusivity. Danielle is also an active member of the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce. 

Danielle is dedicated to creating a safe and prosperous San Marcos for every family in the community. Danielle supports local law enforcement and plans to ensure they have the proper resources to preserve public safety for the community. As a mother, Danielle understands the importance of traffic safety when traveling with family. Danielle is focused on improving local roadways and infrastructure to mitigate traffic concerns and create a safer environment for travel in the City. Danielle believes that a healthy economy creates a healthy community. To bolster the business ecosystem, Danielle is a strong proponent of supporting small business growth and success.

Danielle is honored to serve District 3 and is committed to sustaining the mission and vision of the City of San Marcos.
