Claims

The Risk Division manages all claims against the City, including Worker’s Compensation claims. Claims management includes assisting claimants during the claims process, investigating each claim, evaluating potential liability and making recommendations regarding claim resolutions.

Claim forms are available at City Hall and can be downloaded here: claim form. Completed claim forms must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office.
