Our Services
The Land Development Division reviews construction drawings, technical reports, maps and easements for all private development projects including the public infrastructure required to serve private development. The division provides technical guidance in ensuring compliance with city codes and ordinances as well as the Subdivision Map Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) floodplain requirements. Additionally, the division establishes development conditions of approval, maintains records of previous development permits and acts as FEMA floodplain administrators.
