Our services
The Construction Management Division conducts inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, and local and state building code regulations. Our construction inspectors oversee the overall construction planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion and are the key contact between the city and project contractors.

The City of San Marcos is closed every other Friday. Please see the City Calendar for more details.
For any sewer service or spills and water service or leaks, please contact the Vallecitos Water District, Vista Irrigation District or Rincon Diablo Water District directly.
